KAMALA GO SURFING CONTEST 24 August, 2003 Kamala Go Surfing Club's first contest was the best ever, with the guys and gals organizing everything perfectly. Winners of Kamala contest were Ple, Max and Pong. Bodyboard contest winners were Allan and Max. Members of Phuket Boardriders Club attended and to demonstrate their brotherly spirit, Kamala Go Surfing quickly included a 4 heat contest for us. Winners of the "Pro" division were Om, Chalong, Kwang and Tom. To all members of Kamala Go Surfing, you have set a great example of club spirit, organization and how to run a most enjoyable club surfing contest. CONGRATULATIONS ALL! The hand-carved trophies are truly beautiful, and Om's trophy can be seen at Bud's Bar. |
